Hey! Did the "What to wear to a concert GIRLS (For hotter weathers)" Not work out for you because you don't really like showing arm and lots of leg? Okay hopefully this will help! :)

 If you go with this crop top it might show you're stomach, so a white or light blue tank top under is the best idea. This comes in a lot more colors, you can find it at "Victoria's Secret PINK"

 

Or you could go with the classic V-neck in any color you want. I'm sure they will have just the color you're looking for at "Old Navy".

Longer shorts are fine too. Some that don't go too past the knees are perfect!

Hobo bags are GREAT for concerts. Just as long as you put them over your head with an arm sticking out. Basically if you wear it like a messenger bag. You can get this one and more like them at "Hottopic".

Vans Off The Wall! These are super comfy! And when they get dirty you can just throw them in the wash! You can get these at basically any shoe store. :)
